How to Purchase

We advocate responsible consumption and believe purchase can make a difference, with a view to enhance consumers’ concern for the society and the environment, and their understanding that consuming Fair Trade products can create changes.
Therefore, your purchase counts! It brings you closer to producers and shows your support for a mission we share.
To facilitate your shopping at FAIR CIRCLE, we offer the following channels:

Retail Store
FAIR CIRCLE is our product brand and also our exclusive retail shop.

Online Shop

Shopping Guide:

1. Browse through our online shop.
2. Add desired goods to the shopping cart. Check you cart at the upper right corner and click ‘Checkout’.
3. Login/ create an online account on order to checkout, so that you could enjoy membership discount and view order details.
   • For customer who has never registered as FAIR CIRCLE member: please follows the instructions and registers with your email / mobile. If you’re interested in joining our paid membership, please refer to “Membership registration”.
   • For customer who has registered as our member with your email address before, please login with your email, click forget password, the system will send out a reset password email.  After reset your password, you can login to your member account and continue shopping to entitle discount.
     
     
   • For customer who has registered as our member before but didn’t provided an email address, please contact us via WhatsApp/ email. We’ll send you an email for verification.
4. Select delivering country/ region, delivery and payment method.
5. Enter your name, contact phone and email. (If you choose to deliver the goods to a designated location, you must provide the address and contact information)
6. Click ‘Proceed to Payment’
7. Click ‘Submit Order’
8. Upon completion, the computer system will send your order information to us and to your email.
9. Payment: you may use one of the following payment methods:
   • PayPal, for Visa/Master/American Express etc. 
   • Cheque or bank transfer, you may make payment to our bank account once the order is confirmed.
     Account details: Shanghai Commercial Bank account: 025-328-24-30608-0 | Account Name: Hong Kong Fair Trade Power Limited
   •  For 1st time payment from other bank account, you must first create New Payee for our bank account.  Please add  Hong Kong Fair Trade Power Limited, select bank code 025 for Shanghai Commercial Bank and enter 328-24-30608-0 as our account number.  Once confirmed by your bank, you can arrange online payment by selecting  Hong Kong Fair Trade Power Limited on the payee list.
10. Click ‘Upload’ and upload the bank in screenshot / receipt as proof of payment.
11. The word ‘Upload success’ appears at the bottom right corner signifies the completion of the shopping procedure.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided. By clicking the ‘My Account’ button at the end of the email and enter your email address, you could check the details of your order, shipping record and the uploaded receipt.

Once confirmed, your order will arrive around 4-5 days (for any urgent order, please contact us for details).
