FAQ


Q1: How do I arrange payment?   

A1: You can pay by online bank transfer, credit cards via PayPal, cheque or pay at our retail stores.


Q2: How to pay by credit card?     

A2:  You must pay via PayPal for credit card payment.  Once checkout, please select PayPal and redirect to the PayPal webpage.  You can create a PayPal account or pay directly as guest without a PayPal account.  PayPal accepts Visa/Master/American Express. 


Q3: What are the procedures for a bank transfer?
A3: Please transfer to Shanghai Commercial Bank account number: (025) 328-24-30608-0; Account Name: Hong Kong Fair Trade Power Limited

  • Please upload the payment record directly onto the checkout page directly. (Please refer to How to purchase section for more information)
  • For 1st time payment from other bank account, you must first create New Payee for our bank account.  Please add  Hong Kong Fair Trade Power Limited, select bank code 025 for Shanghai Commercial Bank and enter 328-24-30608-0 as our account number. Once confirmed by your bank, you can arrange online payment by selecting  Hong Kong Fair Trade Power Limited on the payee list.

Q4: Do I need to create an account to checkout?


A4: You must login/ create an online account on order to checkout, so that you could enjoy membership discount and view order details.

  • For customer who has never registered as FAIR CIRCLE member: please follows the instructions and registers with your email / mobile. If you’re interested in joining our paid membership, please refer to “Membership registration”.
  • For customer who has registered as our member with your email address before, please login with your email, click forget password, the system will send out a reset password email.  After reset your password, you can login to your member account and continue shopping to entitle discount.

  • For customer who has registered as our member before but didn’t provided an email address, please contact us via WhatsApp/ email. We’ll send you an email for verification.

Q5: Are there any restriction for delivery to and any delivery fee required?         

A5: Free delivery is offered for purchase above HKD 600; Delivery fee of HKD 50 will be charged for purchase under HKD 600, or you may self pick up at our store without any minimum purchase or additional charge

  • Delivery service can only be provided within Hong Kong.
  • You may choose to pick up at our stores also, without additional delivery charge.
  • Our standard delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday, should you request delivery arrange on Saturday or weekday night time, please state on remarks.
  • FAIR CIRCLE has the right to increase the delivery fee or refuse to deliver to locations in Islands, residential areas, rural New Territories, Airport, etc; or when customers request to deliver other than our normal delivery time. If there are any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • FAIR CIRCLE use several courier partners (including gogo courier、pickup、SF express), for any enquiry or special arrangement, please contact 31888064,or put it on remarks section when ordering。

Q6: Can I pay upon delivery?         

A6: FAIR CIRCLE will only arrange delivery after the payment is made. Our delivery partners will not receive any products or cash on behalf of FAIR CIRCLE.


Q7: How can I become a FAIR CIRCLE member?      

A7: Please refer to Membership Registration


Q8: If I am already a FAIR CIRCLE member, am I eligible for discounts?     

A8: Valid FAIR CIRCLE members can enjoy a 10% off discount on regular priced items.  
       VIP member can enjoy a 20% off discount on regular priced items.
       Please refer to Q4 about online shop account registration, and register with your member's phone number in order to recognize your membership status.


Q9: In addition to the online store, are there any other ways in which I can order goods?

Q10: Will there be any problem if I order chocolates in the summer?  

A10: FAIR CIRCLE recommends customers to avoid using the delivery services for chocolates and other temperature sensitive items, especially delivery to remote areas (Lantau Island, residential districts, rural New Territories, Airport, etc.). FAIR CIRCLE will try to arrange same day delivery, but will not be responsible for the risk in delivering temperature sensitive items during summer.


Q11: May I return or replace a product?    
A11: Please check upon receiving the order.  If there are any problems, please contact Fair Circle immediately. Replacement can be made at our office or at FAIR CIRCLE store within 14 days.

  • Please keep the product along with the receipt in good condition.
  • FAIR CIRCLE retains the right of final decision for a replacement or refund.
