CONACADO（多明尼加可可生產者聯會）
「組織讓我學會如何釀製可可酒。我每天在這裡都可以學到一點東西。如果有新的課程，我便會立即登記。如果你沒有能力，或者你的社區沒有跟我們的組織得一樣好，你便不能得到這樣的機會。」於CONACADO接受培訓的 Rosa 表示。
比利時樂施會採用的可可產自多米尼加共和國。CONACADO有8個可可部分，負責173個農民組織。CONACADO幫助小規模可可生產者，銷售及直接出口他們的可可豆，有近50％的產品以一個保障農民的價格銷售到公平貿易市場。透過社會建設基金，CONACADO改善貯存設施、發酵和乾燥裝置，提供良好的培訓和提高產品質量，加強企業和組織運作。
