“Relax Capsules” contains natural ingredients that are chosen to help our mind and body to relax, support our mental well-being and reduce anxiety. Griffonia is a shrub native to West Africa, its seed contains a substance called 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), which 5 works in the brain and central nervous system by increasing the production of the serotonin. Serotonin have been linked to mood, reduce depression and anxiety. Vitamin B6 was specifically chosen because it contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Usage: Take 1 capsule as needed for a maximum of 3 per day.

*Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) herb with powdery flower heads; Glazing agent (vegetable capsule): hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.) seed dry extract titrated at 25% in 5-HTP; Bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate, Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) flower dry extract titrated at 0.5% in essential oil; Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; Vitamin B6 from fermentation (pyridoxine hydrochloride)
