These artisan crisps are baked, made by an Italian social cooperative, and feature turmeric sourced from Sri Lanka. They are light and crunchy due to the baking process, providing a unique texture and flavor.
For the People
They are handmade in Italy by Alternative Ambiente, a cooperative that offers rehabilitation and employment paths to disadvantaged people. The turmeric used is collected and processed by hand by women marginalized people of Sri Lanka in fair trade chains that give them future opportunities. With the Solidale Italiano project, we support projects in Italy that promote models of sustainable and inclusive economy in compliance with Fair Trade standards.
