Description

This is how you make it for 4 people:

Cut the chicken into and the onions into chunks.  Mix the herb paste with 1 tablespoon of sour cream or Greek yogurt and toss it through the chicken and onions.  Let marinate for 15 minutes.  Stir fry the chicken mixture with oil over high heat.  For a creamy sauce, add 100 ml of sour cream or Greek yogurt.  Served with cooked green beans or vegetables and rice.

Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 300g chicken
- 350g onion
- 450g green beans
- 125ml sour cream / Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 400g rice (uncooked)
